We created a custom site that automatically schedules and manages all necessary services for the upcoming year for each homeowner with the click of a button. The homeowner has the capability to now see and manage each appointment that is scheduled and communicate with Patterson directly with any questions regarding their appointment.

An on-site custom care manager oversees all the appointments. The custom care manager tracks each scheduled service for the home and completes a report card via the custom care site once the service is completed. The service report becomes a permanent part of the owner’s record and becomes invaluable when the home is sold or passed on to the next generation.
